These general terms and conditions describe the requirements for the realtor referral program operated by www.FindMyTNRealtor.com. This program is only applicable for purchases or sales of property made within the state of Tennessee. Note that the operator of the www.FindMyTNRealtor.com program is a licensed affiliate broker.

Program Description: For qualifying participants, www.FindMyTNRealtor.com will provide as an incentive a portion of a cooperative brokerage fee it receives if www.FindMyTNRealtor.com refers you to another licensed real estate broker in a manner as permitted by law. This portion is not to exceed a value of $50.00 USD. Incentives for the program are available for participants who use the licensed real estate agent assigned through the www.FindMyTNRealtor.com program to buy or sell their home. Incentives are not offered for Contract/Paperwork Services.

Program Qualifications: Participants must have been initially connected with the real estate agent through www.FindMyTNRealtor.com so that www.FindMyTNRealtor.com earns a cooperative brokerage fee. Participants must make the request using the URL www.FindMyTNRealtor.com, any other manner will not qualify for the incentive. Incentives will be provided in the form of a Lowe’s® or The Home Depot® gift card. Participants can not change the form in which their incentives are awarded. Only one incentive will be awarded per purchase or sell.

Delivery/Form of Incentive: Incentives will be delivered in the form of a Lowe’s® or The Home Depot® gift card. This card has no cash access but can be used where Lowe’s® and The Home Depot® gift cards are accepted worldwide. Participants will receive their incentives via mail. Please allow 4-6 weeks after closing for delivery.

Specifications of Consideration: All incentives will be delivered in the form of a Lowe’s® or The Home Depot® gift card. Incentives can not be converted into cash in any way.

Fair Market Value: The fair market value for each incentive shall not exceed $50.00 USD.

Time and Place of Delivery: Incentives will be delivered via mail within 4-6 weeks of the form submitters closing.

Requirements Which Must Be Satisfied By the Prospective Purchaser or Seller: Requirements which must be satisfied by the form submitter are set forth in the 'Program Description' and 'Program Qualifications' sections of the terms and conditions.
